Tuna Fish Balls

Description: These are really easy and quick to make for parties. If you like tuna, you will love these!
 
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups cooked mashed potatoes
  • 1 can of tuna fish
  • ½ tablespoon chopped onion
  • 3 eggs
  • Salt & pepper
  • Corn starch if necessary
Directions:
  1. Mix potatoes, tuna fish, egg yolks and seasonings.
  2. Beat egg whites for 5 minutes and add to mixture.
  3. Make into balls (ping pong ball sized) and fry in hot oil.

I'm no master chef, but these were really tasty! Granted, mine came out more like flat latkas than little balls because I didn't use the full 4 cups of mashed potatoes. I'm going to try again with more potatoes to get it to come out right, but even my "Tuna Fish Latkas" were fantastic!
